This page sets out the rules you must follow when using kyatm8's services, your responsibilities as a player, and our financial policies. Please read these terms carefully before playing.
Preamble Welcome & Agreement
These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between kyatm8 (https://kyatm8.bio) and any person who uses the platform. By accessing this website, registering an account, or using our services, you are deemed to have accepted all terms stated here.
kyatm8 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates are published on this page means you accept the revised terms, so always check for notices.
Important Notice: kyatm8's services are intended for players aged 21 and above only. Anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted to use this platform.
Section 1 Account Registration & Management
1.1 Account Registration
To register an account at kyatm8, players must meet the following requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must register using your own personal information; registration on behalf of another person is not permitted.
- Each person may only hold one account on the platform; duplicate accounts will be closed and remaining balances may be forfeited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete. kyatm8 reserves the right to close any account where inaccuracies are found.
1.2 Password Security
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account password. You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account and must never share your password with a third party.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact kyatm8 customer service immediately.
1.3 Account Verification
kyatm8 reserves the right to verify a player's personal registration details at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification is complete. If a player refuses, their account will be closed and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with kyatm8's policies.
Section 2 Deposits and Withdrawals
2.1 Deposits
The following payment methods are available for deposits on the kyatm8 platform: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay and Bank Transfer.
- Minimum deposit amount: 20,000 Ks
- After a successful deposit, funds will be credited to the player's account almost instantly.
- Deposits must be made from the player's own bank account or payment method; third-party payments are not accepted.
2.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: 20,000 Ks
- Withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes (standard cases)
- Withdrawals will only be sent to the registered bank account or payment method on file.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended for accounts that have not completed verification.
- Withdrawals may be restricted if financial fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
Withdrawal times may vary depending on the payment method and banking hours. All times are based on Myanmar Standard Time (MMT).
Section 3 Bonuses and Promotions
3.1 Welcome Bonus
First-time depositors at kyatm8 can claim a 100% welcome bonus of up to 100,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you 40,000 Ks in total; deposit 220,000 Ks and receive the maximum bonus of 100,000 Ks, giving you 320,000 Ks in total.
3.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw winnings from the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times.
- Example 1: Bonus 20,000 Ks → 20,000 × 25 = 500,000 Ks must be wagered
- Example 2: Bonus 100,000 Ks → 100,000 × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks must be wagered
If you attempt to withdraw before meeting the wagering requirement, the bonus may be forfeited.
3.3 General Promotion Terms
- Each bonus is subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in its promotion offer.
- Bonuses are available once per account; accounts sharing the same phone number, address, or payment method may be treated as a single account.
- kyatm8 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion at any time.
Section 4 Game Rules
4.1 Fair Play
kyatm8 games operate using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures fair outcomes. Players may not attempt to manipulate or disrupt the game system in any way.
4.2 Prohibited Player Practices
The following actions may result in account closure and forfeiture of remaining balance:
- Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform software
- Playing using bots or automated actions
- Bonus abusing to extract bonus funds
- Collusion with other players
4.3 Technical Errors
kyatm8 reserves the right to reclaim any funds paid out due to server errors, software bugs, or incorrect results. kyatm8 is not responsible for any losses caused by such technical errors.
Section 5 Player Responsibilities
5.1 Accurate Information
Players must register on this platform using their correct full name, address, contact details, and payment information, and must notify kyatm8 immediately if any of these details change.
5.2 Personal Fund Protection
Players are personally responsible for the amounts wagered and any losses at kyatm8. We recommend playing only within your means. kyatm8 does not accept responsibility for any financial losses players experience through gambling.
5.3 Illegal Funds
Players must not deposit funds obtained from illegal sources. If any activity is suspected to be related to money laundering, the relevant authorities will be notified in accordance with applicable procedures and the account will be closed.
Section 6 Responsible Gaming
kyatm8 puts players' well-being first. If gambling is having a negative impact on your life, we encourage you to use the following tools:
- Deposit Limits — Set a cap on how much you can deposit daily / weekly / monthly
- Session Time Limits — Limit how long you can play in a single session
- Self-Exclusion — Pause or permanently stop your gambling activity

Section 7 Intellectual Property & Privacy
7.1 Intellectual Property

Section 8 Limitations of Liability
kyatm8 does not accept responsibility for the following:
- Financial losses resulting from a player's own irresponsible gambling
- Issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the player
- Losses caused by a player's failure to keep their password secure
- Technical issues on the player's own end (e.g. loss of internet connection during play)
- Events beyond our control (Force Majeure)
kyatm8's services are provided on an "as-is basis", and players acknowledge that technical interruptions or temporary service outages may occur.
Section 9 Account Closure and Suspension
9.1 Closure Requested by the Player
Players may request to close their account at any time by contacting kyatm8 customer support. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure; if bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the bonus will be forfeited.
9.2 kyatm8's Right to Close Accounts
kyatm8 may close an account without prior notice if a player breaches any provision of these terms, if financially suspicious activity is detected, or if the player has provided inaccurate information. A decision regarding any remaining balance will be communicated accordingly.
Section 10 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Any dispute relating to these terms or kyatm8's services must first be resolved through direct negotiation between the player and kyatm8. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
By using this platform, players are deemed to accept personal responsibility for ensuring that their use of the service complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction. kyatm8 does not interpret or advise on the requirements of any legal system.
